We want you to feel confident and protected with your Bump Safe bump cap. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 

 

Easy 12-Day Returns

 

 

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 12 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked. Just make sure:

 

• The cap is unused and in original packaging

• You have your order number or receipt

 

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

 

1. Email us at bumpsafecaps@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you simple return instructions.

3. Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

 

 

What’s Not Refundable

 

 

• Used or worn items

• Returns requested after 12 days

 

 

 

Exchanges & Defects

 

 

If your bump cap arrived damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
